The parish council has begun a campaign to better inform our parishioners of all the events going on at All Saints. Aiming to answer the who, what, where, when, why, and how every upcoming Friday morning so you can stay up to date. Please forward these e-mails to anyone you think may benefit from their information. Subscribe at the bottom of any page of the All Saints website.
Work Camp Bake Sale

Work Camp Bake Sale: Every year our teens participate in Work Camp. This is a diocesan mission where those who live in poverty can apply to have projects done for them at no cost to them. The money we are raising is for our teens’ entry fees. These fees are used for all the materials needed for the projects. Some projects have been wheelchair ramps, new flooring, new roof, new decks or railings, the list goes on. This year so far we have 6 teens going! Our fundraising goal is approximately $2,700. There will be a bake sale after the High Mass on March 22nd to raise funds for the work camp. Parishioners can either donate directly, bake, or buy baked goods to help support our teens! Anything can be baked. Since we are in Lent, breads or savory things may sell better.

Please contact Amy Provencher with any questions.

Solemnity of the Annunciation of the Lord

Solemnity of the Annunciation of the Lord is Wednesday, March 25th. Mass is at 6pm; bring a picnic meal and stay after Mass to continue the celebration of the solemnity together.
Meditate on these passages: (Is 7:10-14; 8:10/Heb 10:4-10/Lk 1:26-38 ).
Did you know waffles are a traditional treat on the Annunciation? Waffles covered in whipped cream are the traditional fare in Sweden for this feast. The tradition dates back to the 12th century. See A Continual Feast, A Cookbook to Celebrate the Joys of Family & Faith throughout the Christian Year by Evelyn Vitz.
“Today is the beginning of our salvation, God is come among men; He who cannot be contained is contained in a womb; the timeless enters time. A great mystery! His conception is without seed, his emptying past telling! So great is this mystery! For God empties himself, takes flesh, and is fashioned as a creature when the angel tells the pure Virgin of her conception: ‘Rejoice, you who are full of grace; the Lord who has great mercy is with you!’” - Stichera of Annunciation, St. John the Monk
