Corpus Christi Procession

After holy Mass we will have our annual Corpus Christi procession. This will be a 1.7mile loop that begins and ends with our church entrance. Please remember to bring comfortable walking shoes and perhaps a bottle of water. We will have a van following the crowd for anyone who may need assistance during the walk or whoever wants to participate but is unsure about committing to the walk. After the procession, we will have a potluck on the church grounds so bring a dish to share, a serving utensil, and camping chairs or picnic blankets.

Novena to the Sacred Heart

The Novena to the Sacred Heart of Jesus began on June 3rd and will end on June 11th.

Sacred Heart and Summer Table Women's Social

Join us for a peaceful summer afternoon of shared food, wine, laughter, and meaningful conversation as we gather around the table in friendship, beauty, and gratitude.

The afternoon will include:

• Candles & fellowship along the beautiful river edge, wonderful food, light music, a brief reflection on the Sacred Heart and the beauty of hospitality, Rosary meditation, and prayer intentions for the women and families of our parish.

Please bring:

• A favorite appetizer, cheese, dessert, or charcuterie board item to share

• A bottle of wine (optional)

• A heart ready for rest, fellowship, and connection

• Rosary

• Nursing infants are welcome

• No children please

• Dress: Summer Garden Attire — ie...sundresses, linen, florals, a comfortable summer elegance encouraged

• Feel free to bring a friend

Vacation Bible School

Please come and join us for our annual VBS from July 20th to July 24th! We will start the day with Lauds and have 3 daily masses planned. This year's theme is Marian apparitions. We will have 5 apparitions presented to the teens/children from 5 different members of our parish. We will also have art classes and gymnastics! All ages are welcome.

Summer Seminar Series

A new summer seminar series in continuing religious education for adults and older teens will meet monthly in June, July and August. Join us  for a seminar-style discussion of selected texts. Our June meeting will take place on June 19th and will be hosted at the home of Vicki and Chris Borin. We will meet at 6 pm. Our text for June is Ronald Knox's The Mass In Slow Motion. Deepen your appreciation of the Mass in general, and the extraordinary form in particular, by reading this delightful series of sermons written for the students of a convent school in England during World War II.
